How to submit copyright or takedown requests.

Required information

Your name, company, and contact information.

A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
A statement that the information is accurate under penalty of perjury.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter notices

If your content was removed in error, reply to the DMCA notice with a counter notice including your contact details and a statement of good-faith belief the removal was mistaken.
